Ok I've been out for a day darn cold whooped my butt. Did I miss scgs surprise? Experimental parachute yep that's my worse nightmare. Thinking I need an especially secure long sleeve jacket.

Hope you are feeling better by now. Head cold? Or throat and chest..no fun either way. I also, am waiting to hear what that darn surprise is.
I think there are worse things ~ maybe ~ than experimental parachutes..like maybe.. trying out the new bungee cord.

No snow here today. Just rained a bit in the morning, but that wind has been awful..makes it feel a lot colder than it is. Chilly today. Didn't spring come yesterday?

I am feeling better but not yet well. No fever today just sore throat cough headache those I can live with. I was finally able to hold a few bites down for supper and able to drink coffee today
Any or those would be scary well it's the heights required to do so that really scares

Squash in a mailbox..now there's an idea. Around here, people put them in other people's cars at church. I would take them off your hands if I were close, I don't have the best place to plant them now. I plant the yellow crookneck squash..love it!

Yes, I do sell them, but when I get behind like this, I start panicking and giving them away.
The first year I had a garden here I planted 10 crookneck squash plants. I was getting about 80 squash a day. One can only freeze so much.

The surprise was a straitjacket for DiDi that I sewed. She had requested one (post 3046) with "puppydogs, butterflies, unicorns and glitter." I had to substitute rainbows for glitter. Couldn't find glitter strapping.

Me too. No appetite here, either. Throat's sore, head hurts, sinuses feel like they're going to explode, my snot glands are working OT... and I'm lazy. So tired and lazy. I'm hoping that I can sleep in tomorrow as long as I want and can. Only problem is I just can't really breathe (I gurgle and pant) so sleep isn't very rewarding.

And then there's "The Hunger Games" that the cats play. They used to wake us up with insane fights but while I was in Virginia BF bought an automatic cat feeder which was supposed to solve the problem. Now it goes off every 6 hours and yet The Hunger Games continue.

I would have me some automatic out side cats. Of course if you have my luck one of my cats knows how to open the front door so i have no choice but to feed her when she is ready!

Wow -- I would love to learn what you know! I completely understand having more than one machine. Now that most of our sewing factories have gone out of business, the industrial machines are easily available at good prices. I've had one for about a year and have enjoyed the speed and heftiness of it.
