Linda hope all went well yesterday with the foray outside.

I am so stoked because I should be receiving my new camera lens this Wednesday!!!

I've had my eye on a wider angle lens for quite a while but I have been waiting to get it for the right time. Well today was the right time to oder. Tax return in the bank? Check Lens still on sale? Check Trip coming up to Zion and Brice with SCG? Check Enough time to practice with the lens before the trip? Check Everything lined up nicely! Can't wait to see how much more I can get into my landscape shots now.

Well, I was a slacker. By the time I got ready to make the move, the sun had dropped below the tall trees and the deck wasn't so cozy any more. I also want to do it without a lot of sturm and drang, which means I have to put out flock treats so no "interested" poultry interfere with Sparkle's sense of security.

Camera. Yeah. Gotta set the new Olympus "language" to English first...

Being retired means I don't have to be on any set schedule. Ever since the Easter Hatch-a-long and Cinco de Mayo Turkey Hatchathon started, I've let a lot of TV programs stack up in the DVR; I must watch more than just the news to ensure there is enough space to record more.
