So I broke down and picked up a few broilers from my Feed store ( Meyers) and the chicks were cheap about 2.80 each. Bought 15, one died in the first few days. These things are HUGE at 3 weeks old. HUGE. Need to build a coop outside already as they seem to be too hot in the house now. Other chicks are under the heat lamp but not these. Off to build . . .
