The Old Folks Home

My kids bug me a couple times a year to go deep sea fishing. At 75 pounds, they would be bait. Maybe when they are 200 pounds and well muscled . . . . .

What do you catch oz?
my biggest was a 270lb yellowfin tuna, Mostly 50-150lb as well as wahoo (ono or kink mackeral), dorado (mahi-mahi), blue marlin, and yellowtail

I fish on long range deep sea boats out of san diego in the us as well as Sipalay - the beach pics i posted - about 35 miles from my place in the philippines

Wisher, is your dog in season? When girls lift their tail and flag to one side or another - they are waiting to be bred. Apparently she likes her two chicken friends THAT Much!! I think she would be very disappointed in they just pecked her in the pants- ouch!!

No, she's been spayed. I guess she just has an open mind! She really is fun to watch with the birds. I feel sure that if left unchecked, she would eventually kill one. Luckily, she is only about twelve pounds and thinks her job is to hunt bugs. The chickens have not been touched yet, just chased and herded.

DO you sell off the fish at the docks or keep some for yourself?? Had a boss that made high quality deep sea fishing poles. He and friends would hire a boat and then sold the fish at the docks and that paid for the boat trip.
its illegal in California for a sportsfisherman to sell catch.

I would have the tuna steaked as they come out of the hold frozen solid, We would eat fish for a year and barter a heap

Been to busy to post lately, but I wanted to put up a pick of the babies that have been hatching the last 4 days. There's still lots of eggs peeping and piping under several broodies, so today I have to set upp yet another brooder. I have 4 with different sizes and ages, so I have a feeling I'm going to have 6 before I'm done here next week.

this guy lives in my back yard. Be a shooter come fall
