Great shots DiDi. We need to get down there again. Maybe we will try it sometime soon. It's a bit of a less drive for us..only about an hr. less. It's been a while though..just need to go.These photos get me excited. Bet one of our daughters that loves to hike would love to come along too. There's Bryce, and Zions...where is this?
Tell her she should do Angel's Landing at Zion.
It's a hoot.
Linda that is some serious chain what are you really gonna do with it??
Until I get a new gate, it will continue to block unauthorized vehicular access to the property. Afterwards, who knows?
This is one of the two reflectors I attached to the chain to avoid "clotheslining" anybody.

Very nice pictures!
I see LOTS of big trees!!! Not the desert I had imagined!! Lovely parcel.
Looks like chicken paradise.
Oh, gosh, it's ALL trees, growing amongst huge boulders... Just three flat spots in the whole 8 acres. Rugged land, up and down, with Ponderosa Pine, cedar. Fir, manzanita, three types of oak, but no willow. I would love a willow tree. Way over by the cabin there is a young apple and some sort of stone fruit tree, like a peach, I think, planted by the last owners. All surrounded by more huge trees.
A couple of these shots are of the fancy wrought iron gate removed by the seller.
