Slugs hate salt!!! Just saying.

I've never been bothered by the creepies or the crawlies, but slugs.....eewwwwww...they creep me out.

Has anyone else had a problem with stinkbugs this year? We have had so many that we are calling it the year of the stinkbug. When we were camping last weekend they would be all over the camper til evening. Yuck. And they are trying to come into the windows around the air comditioners.

There have been a bunch of articles about Stink Bugs being bad this year.

I have not seen any at my house though.

Gross! The only thing we have in AK that I don't like is bears. That what doesn't kill you will make you stronger.. Except bears they will kill you!!

We have black bears here, though I've lived in East TN for 15 years and have yet to see one. I have seen foxes, and coyotes, though. Our biggest predators are stray dogs. We used to rescue Great Danes and folks started just dumping dogs off at the end of our street. They still do. Our latest ones were some sort of basset hound mix and what looked like a hound dog.

I swallowed a stinkbug, once. They taste EXACTLY like they smell.

For us, it has been the year of the brown centipede. Millions of them!
