Thank you so much Bunnylady. It worked! Thank you again!

Maybe Blondie could come and do her unicorn impression for you?

Blondie knows a couple of tricks; we thought it would be cute to teach her to nod her head for "yes" and shake her head for "no." I have hand signals for them, so I can ask her any question that can be answered yes or no (though I don't always get the answer I was looking for!) She loves the nodding part, and often volunteers it. The head shake, not so much; she often tries to nod and shake at the same time, and winds up looking like a demented bobblehead.

Well, the lady organizing it would have been running late, so she would have sent her husband to get the preparations started. Then he might have gotten lost, so nobody who had any idea what they were doing would have gotten there to start setting up before the guests started arriving. Just another day at Insanity Central.

But Betsy and Sydney would have done really well, giving pony rides to about 20 kiddos. Blondie would have looked amazing wearing a silver unicorn horn, and a harness and halter made of green satin ribbon that the children decorated with stick-on jewels. The flowers and ribbons in her mane and tail would have gone flying when she decided to shake one time!

There would have been a bunch of other activities for the children, too, so they were kept busy and there would have been a minimum of meltdowns. I would have told the birthday girl's mother, "It didn't happen quite the way you wanted it to, but it happened, and I think everyone had a good time!"

It would have been a good time had by all...if only..

Forget the pony, it would have gotten a hernia if I was in the saddle. I just want to know IF there was a party would there have been ice cream, and topping and whipped cream and nuts and a cherry on top.
