Several years ago I bought a shed kit from a big box store. There were a million nails of about 6 sizes. My son was helping me build it. After bending about 100 soft Chinese nails and hitting our fingers (and I can nail pretty well), I told my son to stop. I went and rented a pneumatic nailer with a gas canister. The job went smoothly after that.

Im culling for worlds fastest chicken

That's why I raise Black Penedesencas. They ARE the world's fastest chicken, even as day olds. That doesn't help at night though.

they are very fast. I like seeing the little ones zip across the back yard--even in 100 degree temps.

prohibition hasnt worked. The sky didnt fall in colorado or washington. Statistically legalization has been successful in those states. Revenue is way up. Teen use is down. Crime rate is down. Domestic abuse is down. Its a win/win. And its saving lives of children with seizures.

How's that working for y'all. Is the crime higher? My state La is so behind the times. We can't even get raw milk. Been working on the other but no luck yet.

As Bama stated, crime is down, revenue is through the roof, law enforcement is freed up to deal with more important/life threatening issues, sick people who benefit from the use of THC now no longer need fear "the man" (except the feds who are all about control, regardless of cost). The drug war is not a war at all, but a government ponzi scheme to enable those they wish to be in power in 3rd world countries, the ability to finance their positions. Making something illegal that a person wants, is NOT going to stop the person from exercising free will. +

As long as they are personally responsible and place no one else in jeopardy, then I see it as a personal choice and none of my business. Don't harp about future medical costs... that too is a govt sponsored joke. More people die every day from things (old age? natural death) other than tobacco use, and alcohol use combined. Give it a rest. Isn't it about time we all stopped trying to control everyone else and just mind our own business? Now it's time for the courts to go back in time and release all the people they imprisoned for possession/use of pot and cut back on the profits that private prisons are collecting from us; the tax payers. It's a HUGE business, and it's not in their best interests to decriminalize ANY thing!

Amen.

For profit prison companies would lobby against releasing non violent drug offenders. That would free up a lot of space for violent offenders rather than paroling them on the same schedule as the aforementioned.

@ChickenCanoe

One time at the rodeo I watched a Bull use his horns as crow bars to bend pipe corral. Just to get to the other bulls in the next pen... His buds... He squeezed through those bars like toothpaste.... glad he stopped because the next fence and he woulda been out.

Spent alot of time as a bug on a wall at Rodeos.... All i got was fly doo doo.

Growing up, I perched on the walls at plenty of rodeos and livestock auctions. We used to have a horse auction on Saturday nights - the entire town's entertainment. I would often ride unknown horses, ponies, donkeys and mules in the ring to show them off for bidders putting them through their paces. A bunch of kids would just hang out and we'd take turns jumping on the next equine to come down the chute.

Tough decisions coming up this weekend. Greek festival Saturday, Sunday and Monday at the Greek church and surrounds. Japanese festival the same days at the Missouri Botanical Garden. Sunday afternoon and evening is the annual reggae music fest. Sunday and Monday I'm helping my daughter move into her Soulard apartment.
