@chickadoodles But you have to admire the way he tricked you... I like being tricked when it's done in style. Sort of like bama's garlic lady, she was a real hustler.

Our chickens seem to prefer Karin's flowers in the planter box she built at the end of the run. And of course it's my fault because I allow them to eat her flowers. But the dandelions went pretty quickly too, they even ate the roots.

These are two of my Spanish breeds. The pullets are Partridge Penedesneca and the cockerels are Pita Pintas.

The Penes are on their last molt. The Pita Pintas will molt out with more black in a month or so and are a couple of months younger. Quite large already too.
