My parents took me to a fair when I was a preschooler. I was afraid of the merry-go-round, but not the pony ride . . . nobody knew it, but that pretty much set the pattern for my life.

There are several other horsey folks here in TOFH; trust me, we all understand.

Incidentally, I have two QH's, two miniature horses (well, Syd the Man-eating Mini is oversized) and a miniature mule. I'm completely hopeless.

Ooh Norikers come in many colors....
But here is one that is STUNNING And i believe a Liver Chestnut in general terms Color is not my strong suit.

Liver chestnut! My favorite. One of my mini horses is this color only his mane and tail is silver and he has no socks. Need to get new pictures of him

Ooh! Silver Dapple is one of my favorite colors, though the ones I like best are gray on the body rather than chocolate brown.

my last horse's sire was a Black grey Arabian Stallion... Desert bloodlines ... white on black dapples with a white mane and tail.... Sigh unfortunately all greys become white....

Whether a gray will turn white depends on whether they are gray because of the gray gene, or whether they are grey because of the Silver gene. Silver Blacks don't gray out, unless they also have the gray gene.
