Normally Jersey Giants dont make the ornamental list but the 28" tall 12 pound blue roo getts more looks than any of my other birds.

collecting is indeed a messy business. If i am to to be the major swine semen supplier for our Island in the Philippines, I cant be put off by it.

I saw them collect from a bull elephant during a "roar and snore" at San Diego Zoo one valentine's day. That was an eye opener

I have BBS Andalusians, Breda, Jersies and Orps.

The English BBS Orp roos are an inch shorter and a pound lighter than the JG but also magnificent huge birds

I lost all sense of awekwardness when my first assigment as a nurse was urology and gynacology. between shaves for surgery and catheter insertions I became very clinical.

A couple of years ago when I was new at my job we were dispensing ostomy supplies and no one was particularly good at figuring out what people needed. So I took it upon myself to learn what everything was and how it all fit together so I could better help patients.

One night early in my learning journey my husband (at the time) came downstairs to find me eating dinner enthralled in front of my laptop watching a YouTube video of someone changing their bag and wafer.
