LEDs are coming along. I really dislike the CFLs though. Flourescent light is hard on the eyes. But it does help plants grow!

Where did you get your LEDs?

Yes, the CFL's were very hard on my eyes. I couldn't read books under one. Good ole fashioned bulbs for reading. Is that why I was finally able to grow houseplants? woah!

Hubs got them at Lowe's in Houston, he was getting supplies for the new shop his guys were finishing and they were clearance-ing an entire line of lights. They do that a lot in that store.

Back home here, there is hardly any clearance anymore.

Ah. Don't think I'd save any $$ going to Houston for my lights.

Yes flourescent light is good for growing plants. One year I took several of my geraniums from my garden and put them in my office aat work for the winter. they grew all winter. In the spring it looked like I bought the humongous ones at the nursery.

and once I switched them out, no big plants anymore. Now I know why.

Maybe you need one corner with a CFL.
