Does any one use killing Cones? It seems like a good way to restrain so you can use both hands to get the deed done. When I move home there will be no help. I expect to be processing Gunieas occasionally as well as the extra roo or hen on occasion.

I like the idea of bleeding out it would be a good addition to homemade dog food... or chicken food treats.

Plus I would like to give blood sausage a try. especially If I process several birds.

Thank goodness there are classes here on it all you have to do is provide a bird.... I have watched it on You tube both the Cone way as well as the one that does the bird in her lap.... I think the cone would be better for me.

As far as sharp knifes I been looking at this site....

The knives are sterilizeable and sharpenable and they have everything from scalpels to different kinds of knives for butchering.

Toddler in emergency room with DH, waiting for the kid to pee so they can determined wether he has a bladder infection or testicular torsion... Doubt it's an infection it came on all of a sudden... Poor kid...
