Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I've been having issues posting, wrote responses with pictures. Pppfftt.

And I'm sick again. Today I was upset I couldn't feed my bunnies b/c I couldn't open the cage. My bf came home after work and said "Babe, the rabbit's cage wasn't even locked, why exactly couldn't you open it?"

Last week I got mad at my washer when I was sick, b/c I couldn't figure out how to change the cycle. It was on sanitize and I wanted it on gentle. It took me 2 days of several attempts before I could change the settings. Gluten induced brain fog mixed with high fever?

I moved the slw, br and pr into the layers pen/coop. And found 3 brown eggs on the ground yesterday

but today there was a blue and a brown egg in the nesting boxes where they belong. This makes 12 layers in the one coop with my salmon favorelle x wellsummer x light brahma roo over them.

I wish I could join the nye hal but, I don't have an incubator yet, and not enough eggs from my layers yet anyways. I might get a dozen white bresse hatching eggs from Oregon though AFTER I get my bators.

This weather is wonky huh? It was so warm today. I had to check a few times that it is mid December and I'm in Colorado.

Tomorrow we're doing extractions on my cls and going to a farm to visit the a2a2 milk cow, I'm thinking of re-homing 2 of my ducks (mated pair), 2 roos and maybe my haffie pullets? Or a few laying pullets. We may barter for the duck house and critters and plants etc from my homestead for the milk.

The police have been nice to me for the most part of my life. They have a hard job, I'm nice and pleasant. There are always bad people in any specific section of society, there are always a few bad apples wherever one looks.

Time for my Friday evening tipple. I infused some gluten-free vodka with a whole ghost pepper from my garden a couple weeks ago. It definitely has a bite to it in this bloody mary. Tomorrow is also freezer camp send off day. Which always makes me sad, but the ruckus is just too much now, especially in my urban area.
