You'll never hear me complain about carrot cake (unless it's that it has disappeared!) but I know Sour doesn't care for the frosting (once again, no complaints here - more for me!)

The frosting is delicious! I think Karin made it with some Philly cheese, butter and white chocolate, and chopped hazelnuts on top.
