What do you bind a vegan cheesecake with? You can't use eggs, or gelatin. Pectine and corn starch maybe? And then there's the issue of calling it cheese cake. I mean, you need dairy to make cheese. So it can't be a cheese cake. I wonder what they used to make the filling, something like almond milk? Interesting.

I'll ask my son in a bit. He pretty well perfected a large variety of vegan/vegetarian at the Tree House.

He'll be getting up in a couple hours to do a double shift at the Lucha, a Mexican Soulfood restaurant.
He's in school Monday thru Thursday, works Tue/Wed/Thur night, doubles Friday and Saturday, off work Sun and Mon.
That's a lot better than last semester's schedule. He was working at 3 restaurants and had trouble getting 2 of them to work with his school schedule. Finally cutting back to the vegan place where they let him work whatever shifts he wante. He had 8 AM classes twice a week and schools an hour away and that was after working till midnight the night before, the restaurant is an hour away too.

Hmm... I don't know, looking at vegan recipes I always feel like I'm getting into some sort of dark arts.

It is dark arts.

Just went upstairs to put another blanket on the bed my mom will be sleeping in (we don't heat the upstairs above 45 so the extra blanket is a must) and it's starting to stink a bit up there. I'm thinking a mouse died in the wall about 2 days ago.

lol. I set 20 dominiques, 5 buff orps, 5 rirs, and 11 white houdan x brahma eggs on Jan 6

i watched season 3. The other seasons seem to be speaking jibberish. I almost lost my lunch when they fried up those leeches and ate them.
