1-3 inches of snow predicted for us again tonight. At least yesterday's accumulation has mostly melted.

We actually got some snow ... flakes today. More rain than snow, but, not much. We need it, as you know. Sorry you guys keep getting pounded on. Wish there was a way to trade some of this weather!

There is a setting in the preferences section of your profile. It says notify me when someone mentions me. It is on by default but it may be tuned off if you customized your profile.

Ahh, glad I read this..all of this time.. I did not know. I have never gotten anything to let me know that I was mentioned, just saw the @ and then name on a post. Will have to go check this out. Thanks again ron..you are always so very helpful. I'm still learning from you even after having been on here for 5 yrs.

Wow, went to fb, saw this..found it..speaking of old..ha..time goes by pretty fast alright. I feel like it's almost happened just this fast.

While I have been trying to decide if I want to set up the incubator, a couple of hens started to hatch some eggs. I knew some were developing, with different hatch dates. So, now hen #1 has one hatched (yellow), one pipped big and one tiny pip. Several more coming along. Hen #2, one black, one developing, the rest duds.
