The Old Folks Home

Beer, maybe if we decide to get a proper one at some point, but this one fills the main criteria, it's cheap, while it should still work decently. I don't see too much of a need for people security solutions. If I wanted surveillance, I'd get a more extensive system, since covering this place would require at least two cameras, preferably four. I worked as a security guard for a while, so I have some experience in the area.

I don't have much need for security cameras either. I just like to put mine faceing our driveway/house when we are on vacation just in case we do get broke into.
The one your looking at looks like a good one to me, I think it even says it has a color viewer? When I have mine in the woods I have to switch out sd cards and wait until I get home to put it in laptop. I tried sticking it in my phone but they are not compatible.

Microchick, people don't necessarily know how old you are to receive SS. One of our bus drivers is taking at 62. Also people with certain disabilities can have it younger

Yep. Starting mine early also. Full SS for me didn't kick in till I'm 70. Its like huh? You want me to work as a nurse till I'm 70? Ain't gonna happen! I became a nurse in 1975. My husband is a medical professional also.

I really don't mind being almost 62. I beat a lot of odds to make it to this age and I have a lot left that I want to do.

That bunny is adorable.

Sorry been gone so long! Been exremely busy with little energy and sleep to boot. But I hope things are getting back to normal soon. I hope. I tried to some catching up but there are so many posts, so little time. I have most of the rest of the day with nothing else to do but be on BYC so I'm takig advantage and catching up on some reading. Hi to all the newbies and sorry to read about the mishaps, illnesses and losses. But it's good to be back!

Yeah, right now her diet is free feed 14% protein grains and rapeseed pellet mix (as long as she's producing milk still, after that will cut down to about half a cup I think), free feed hay, a carrot or apple daily, fresh grass (not that much yet since it isn't really growing properly yet), and then she gets all kinds of twigs, brushes and branches to chew on. Mostly lingonberry and willow, but she eats some coniferous branches too. We try to keep some sort of wood in there for her to chew on all the time. And with her digging up the tunnel every day, we haven't needed to cut her nails either, she keeps them trimmed herself.
Did I miss out on baby bunny photos?
