The Old Folks Home

Thanks for the laugh. As it is with multiple roosters, talking toms and the Amazing Screaming Goat I haven't had many complaints from neighbors, surprisingly. Except the lactating neighbor.

I can barely hear them in the house, too.

We also started playing Ozzy's Boneyard outside on outdoor speakers from sunup to sundown (edited to add not to be jerks but to deter foxes). Can't really hear it at the neighbors too much. The chickens really seem to like Megadeth.

Hope you'll be doing better, are you just hoarse or also allergy flareup?

PS your other post I responded to: you wrote everything clearly, I just don't see very clearly. My problem not yours. I really didn't think you were going to sell your kids.
It was likely due to the muscle relaxer the Dr. has me on. I am doing better, thank you.

My general practice Dr. wants me to get a second opinion on my hernia before letting the other Dr. do surgery. He was shocked that the other Dr. wanted to send me home the same day after he saw the size of the hernia. It's a softball size lump sticking out of my belly. I've put up with it for nearly 10 years but now it is to painful to eat so I have to do something.

And thank God he is going to start the steps for me to get my hip replacement surgery! I am so excited I have waited several years waiting. YEAH!!!
I will have to wait till I get my Medicare in April though. As our Blue Cross has changed so much since Obama Care went through.
I will need both insurance's to cover most of the expence.
I wish I could jump up and down in excitement!

Scg I lived on a farm where they had guinea's and they just kept them as yard birds to eat the bugs and keep snakes away. I don't think Mr. C. even fed them he just turned them lose on 250+ acres and they slept in the trees. Mr. C. was a very old time farmer and that is the way they did things back then. :)
We did eat the eggs and they were good. I think they would make great pickled eggs. :)

Deb your new avatar is very cute.
