The Old Folks Home

I find it hard to believe, they didn't know she was in labor, but I still don't see the big stink over it? lol maybe the action of running, let them pglets kind of slide out on the corners?

Me thinks the piggies were born AFTER the race....

Deb keep it up! Great job so far. My niece is also doing this challenge that you are doing. I forget where she is on her word count but she is plowing through too. Cheering both of you on!
SCG sent me my own small bulb bomb package last week and I went out last weekend and picked up a few more to bomb a few different places. So far I got the cemetery and original jail in our small town, the 4-H garden in the next town over, right in front of the gun club sign and a few other random spots. It was a blast doing it. I had the whole story set in my mind if anyone asked me what I was doing but no one stopped and asked. I figured if I looked like I should be doing exactly what I was doing no one was going to stop and I was right.
I finished up some Christmas wall hangings this morning before we headed out the door. I will be sending those off this weekend if I have enough mailing envelopes. I am hoping to get the wall hanging for my MIL done this weekend too and start on BIL's Christmas gift. Lots of projects going on right now in the rush before the holidays

Thanks dsgard... Mann your quilts are just so awesome.... Like i said before... I could probably do a simple one once... I have beginners luck on craft projects. But Dang I couldnt do it again.. or over and over.

Deb I would argue that if you can follow a pattern to make clothing, you can follow a pattern to make a quilt. The quilting designs just take some practice and stencils. I use stencils for a lot of the quilting I do or I look at designs online then I draw the designs on the fabric. From there it is just tracing the lines. Not terribly hard, just lots of practice.

I have seen the precision it takes to make those corners perfect... and I dont have the patience. I truly admire people who do...
