How is it everytime I read about someone getting shipped eggs a fairly large percentage are broken, scrambled in the shell, detached air cells, etc?
I have to believe there is a better way to package them up such that those sorts of things are mentioned as a rarity rather than expected.

Yes, It is usually packing that is the problem.

I will be posting, again, a packing tutorial on the Ark blue thread today. For some reason, this has not made as much traction as expected. Usually the PO is blamed for damage that came from poor packing.

The skyline link does not go anywhere so there is no description of that packing method there any more. The letter is still good though.

For most people, the foam inserts are too expensive for shipping. The Skyline method actually works better and it less expensive.

I will be posting my take on the skyline method soon. I should likely set it up as a guide.

So with the education that you have, what are you doing in Alaska? I mean is there range land up there to manage? Are you even working in your field? Just curious... I would have figured you'd be working a huge ranch holding somewhere from TX up through the western states.

Yeah, I -cough- -cough- manage rentals, and market a journal. My degree has helped me with all of the animals I have owned.
