Gene Autrey used to sing also. I think I was the only one who used to watch "John Sheldon w/Rex the wonder horse." Loved that horse.
Anybody remember "Lash Larue," he used a whip not as fast as a bullet though.
I thought stuffing Trigger was gruesome., I wouldn't be surprised if he and his wife ended up stuffed too. I read some time ago the museum was doing so badly the kids or gr.kids closed it and sold off Trigger, Bullet etc. saddles etc. I think no one wanted Buttermilk - Dale's horse.
Morning everyone!yeah they tried moving it to Branson but it went under and the son Auctioned it all off. And it all sold including Buttermilk.

I have decided that the boys should watch "I Love Lucy" ....![]()
Dang... Funny!!!!!! I had forgotten how funny.
Also, a perfect guide to how to have a blissful marriage.![]()
Yeah, I Love Lucy was (is?) a classic show. she was a hoot! Anyone remember the Gong show?
YEP!!! I like watching Bonanza on Inspiration network too. Reminds me of sitting with my dad and older brothers being forced to watch it. I hated it until my dad decided to turn our black and white TV into a color one by buying one of those "colorizer" plastic sheets that was supposed to make it look like it was in color. You know the ones you stuck to the screen. They were green on the bottom, kind of yellow/brown in the middle (I think) and blue on the top. It was a hoot!! My brothers and I never laughed so hard! Hoss, and the hoss, would start our green, changing colors as he rode up hill until they both wound up a pretty bright sky blue! All accompanied by my crazy brother Chuck's hilarious commentaryMy poor dad did not appreciate our sense of humor.![]()
We also get the channel that runs all the old TV shows.
No one has mentioned HeeHaw or Green Acres!!! Loved those stupid shows. I still enjoy Green Acres. Oh and I have all the old Ma and Pa Kettle movies on DVD.
