ROFLOL! True, but I would have gotten my home on the correct closing date.

Diva, one assumes these people are trained. I'm not convinced. What's so scary is that all these people do is handle money. They don't sell the home, they don't insure the home, all they do is handle money. It does help explain why the economy is not a lot better. Oh, did I mention that it's through Wells Fargo? It would seem after all the negative publicity, and scandals they've recently been through, that they would have tightened up their efficiency. Efficiency, like Elvis, has left the building.

Congrats getaclue! Moving is always complicated in my experience at least for my family. Hopefully things will go faster and smoother now.

The rats are winning. I put out 2 new plastic eggs. Both with about 60g of stones in them, taped shut with gorilla tape. This morning the one in the nest box that is NOT in the auto door coop was missing. No sign of it nor the stones. Gonna have to get some rat traps. Unfortunately the ones I want are the Victor professional. I can buy them from Amazon or Home Depot online only it seems. Not gonna get them from Amazon, DD1 would have a fit if she found out what was in the box. Guess I'll have to order them from HD, have them shipped to the store, then drive 30 miles to pick them up.

OK, speaking out of time/turn here

but it might be about time to put DD1 in her rightful place.

You CAN'T have rats running around the place and poison is too indiscriminate. Bad enough that she's "dictating" how you and DW are living YOUR lives, and the fact that you are supporting her 100%. sorry... I really feel for your situation, and I've been through quite a bit with my own DD1, but really, how much is "too much"?
