The Old Folks Home

Get your primary care Dr. to call in the generic equivalent of Silvadene cream. It's what the hospitals use, not expensive, and works fantastic.

That Silvadene stuff works pretty good. We saved the container the hospital gave us when one of or little ones pop open the microwave and dumped a boiling hot mac and cheese cup on her face and arm (skin peeled right off) :-(
Have used it for other burns since.

Im not sure I'd want to be a landlord nowadays. Too many bad stories about renters. Around here, most owners have multiple rental proprties, and hire a realtor as the rental agent. The agent does all the screening such as checking prior rental history, financial check, background checks, etc. After someone passes all the criteria, then they may sign an ironclad lease agreement. All problems are addressed through the rental agent. The agent gets a small percentage, but it seems worth it.

We got our FIOS hooked up today. Now all I have to do is set up my desk, and computer. My little tablet seems to be getting the job done in the meantime. Now I don't have to use our data plan, since this connects thru wifi

I know I had a few houses a years ago and used an
agent back then when my Mom started living with her last husband
(32 years they had) she rented her house and it turned into a
disaster for her

Im starting to develop a facial tic as I look across the sea of boxes waiting to be unpacked. I think the boxes are giving me a rash too. Yup, I think I'm allergic to moving, and unpacking. Good thing this is the last time I have to move.
