HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM AN OLD COUPLE! MAY THE NEW YEAR BRING A LOT OF WONDERFUL AND GREAT THINGS YOUR WAY.

You know you are getting old when you live in Missouri, look at your clock and at 11 o'clock say "It's midnight on the east coast! Close enough! Happy New Year everybody!" and go to bed.

From our house to yours, wishing everyone a Happy and Healthy New Year!

G'night.

I have always known there were little to no earthworms to be found here...  In undisturbed areas....  but didnt realize there was an ecology...  Slapping my forehad for not thinking of it.   I just assumed it was due to the dry climate...

I noticed the neighborhood noise abatement gang set off their firecrackers are 11pm, guess they are too old to hold off to midnight.

Then my visiting son decided to do laundry at 3 am - it's right underneath my bedroom. Too tired to even holler at him. So I'm on BYC instead.
