we been getting rain off and on they are considering dropping the drought regulations... I hope they dont... its good practice to conserve water in the desert

We got some tiny flakes falling for about 20 minutes, no accumulation on front lawn but, it powdered up the back yard

Crazy weather 50's for a couple days and rain & thunder, then temps drops and we hit highs of 20 - then up and down and up and down. Body doesn't adjust that quickly - so everyone seems to be coughing and hoarse. Still I always figure a day without snow/ice is a day without snow/ice.

got a plumber in to work on the master bath shower faucet... and a little leak on the other toilet....

toilet tank is cracked... so I am having a new ADA one piece put in....

just the toilet is 1300 installed.....

dang. sucks to not be able to DIY stuff.

Excruciatingly painful. Every time I figure out what plumbers make an hour makes me reconsider my sanity in choosing a career in medicine.

Yeah... He almost said we needed a new water heater too.....

only need a new relief valve
