Went for chemo today, but didn't get it. We stopped it. It's done as much as it's going to do. I start on an aromatase inhibitor tomorrow.

The PT scan is not very good, but not very bad. I have 2 teensy spots on my spine. They did not light up, so they're not showing as cancer at this time, but due to the nature of my cancer, they probably are cancer. We have to keep an eye on them to see what develops
:hugs

I think you are thinking about SIMM--Singlen Inline Memory Module. Those are PC Memory cards. Computers now use DIMMS with the D standing for Dual.

More details:

In the world of mobile phones, there are two primary phone types that are available to consumers: GSM (Global System for Mobile) and CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access). GSM phones are the ones that utilize SIM cards while CDMA phones do not.

SIM cards are the small cards which contains a chip that must be inserted into GSM phones before they will work. Without a SIM card, a GSM phone won’t be able to tap into any mobile network. The card is what holds all of the critical information.

For comparison sake, CDMA carriers keep a list of all phones that are allowed to use their network. Phones are tracked by their ESN (electronic serial number) so they do not require SIM cards. Once activated, a CDMA phone is tied directly to that particular carrier’s network.

These particular phones on Sprint use SIM cards based on model so I had to get one.

It is a carrier thing. It depends on which type of network the wireless carrier is on and that is nationwide of course. California is a very powerful place but it does not have it's own wireless network.

This article talks about the future of sim cards.

You need to use the correct SIM card for Galaxy S8 and S8+, and use it correctly.

This Galaxy S8 SIM card guide shows you what the correct SIM card size is for Galaxy S8 and S8+, how to insert and change Galaxy S8 SIM card, and how to use two SIM cards in Galaxy S8 dual SIM versions.

What is the correct Galaxy S8 SIM card size for S8 and S8+?
To make phone calls or to use mobile data with Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+, you need a SIM (subscriber identity module) card, which is issued by your carrier to identify each customer.

Cap, that is beautiful!
Thanks, i need to get a picture of the whole thing. I have quilters on both sides of the family back to great grandma at least. I have a wedding ring quilt made over 60 years ago for my parents.
