Seller accepted our final offer and now we're in the inspection phases. I forgot how much paperwork there is with real estate transactions. What a PITA.

The puppy is a bit... Odd. OCD Dog must arrange all her toys on her bed.

Sounds useful to me! Our cats lose all their toys (and they have a LOT of toys) and we have to go hunt them up.

Man both of the light bulbs blew last night in my water heaters! Not sure why but i need new bulbs and i am not sure where they are. Bad memory sucks!
