Still got the dang flu. It's been 2 weeks! How long can this crud last?
I'm taking nausea and sinus meds every 4 hours and still feel awful.

Cb is local, no license needed. Ham radios long distance, even to other countries. Lots of knowledge needed, as well as a license.

seems I "underspoke" when I stated they were slightly different, sorry. Actually in our state at the time you were supposed to be licensed and use your call letters, but no body ever did. I had a great base station for my Ham with a nice telescoping antenna until some idiot on a snowmachine decided to short cut thru my property and ran into one of the guy wires. Decided to use HIS insurance money for other things after that.
Garbage pickup? Wow, lots of "urbanites"on here!

Oh, and we still have a few CBers up here, mostly the loggers and potato haulers. We still have too many dead zones for the cells.

She's too unique to give up.

She is very vocal that humans serve her and pick her up and roost her every evening. And if she's not on the right spot, she'll jump down, berate you, and make you do it again.

One of our dogs is a spoiled stubborn thing also!
She lets us know when she wants something but her daddy has to do it or she will walk away from me trying to help her!
