We had fog this morning so we could not see the moon

My dd#1 was in a bad car wreck Sunday. She refused medical attention. But went back to the hospital last night. They said she has a broke neck. She is waiting no the surgeon to come back and tell her what they can do for her. I'm so nervous.
I asked dd#3 to come get me so I can be with her. But she said it would have to be tomorrow.

Oh No!

Does she have any nerve damage?

That pup has the most amazing face. Makes me want a blood hound

Our coon hound mix likes to drag home odd body parts from 4 legged dead things that he finds. Deer legs, cow femurs, sheep skulls and worse of all either a coyote skull or dog skull that he found. The previous owner lost so much of his livestock to medical neglect that the dogs are still dragging home bones that they find in the ravines. I don't mind as long as they are human in nature.

I keep remembering the previous owner saying 'If ya got livestock, you're gonna have dead stock'.

What ? Bones that are human in nature? You mean parts of dead people?

We don't know much yet they just sent her down for an MRI. My dd#3 is on her way to the hospital now to find out more. Hopefully she will get to hear the Dr. By then or find out what they are going to do for her. It's her c- vertibrae that is fractured.

Nice moon pic. We couldn't see it here either even tho it was as bright as daylight on the new snow. Snow being the operative word here. That's why we couldn't see it, it was snowing. Just came in from doing my half of the snowthrowing, taking a break before going back out to clear roofs. I'm watching the Amtrak wreak of the train carrying most of the Republican Congress to a retreat. They hit a large truck at 70 mph. What a mess! It's amazing there was only one death and that was to one of the three people in the truck. Only reported serious injuries so far are one other in the truck and the train engineer. Lots of minor to moderate injuries.
