My farm is way out in the sticks and it has electric run to it, but that's it. It has a "over the hill" type septic tank and a well.

Me too....but not a farm, just an acre with the house, a garden, and chickens. Hmmmm... that kinda sounds like a farm.

It does, I would refer to that as a "hobby farm" as it isn't really big enough to do much more than "play" on. Mine isn't even all that big at nearly 11 acres...

She is on the pain meds but she said she is sober and is not drinking at all.
I hope and pray it's true! She saw a lawyer. He thinks she won't have to go to
court. He said this company is pretty good about settling.

I sure hope so. I told her to invest half and live off the interest.
And to get a small place and a dependable vehicle. I also told her not to put her
dh name on her bank account. That he is to irresponsible with money.
I hope she listens!
