Too late, i have the rash and its spreading. Going to the doctor tomorrow, its driving me nuts!

my spouse is so super allergic to poison ivy that once it gets ahold it just keeps spreading until spouse gets steroids.

knew one guy back in college how was the same way... he didn't know he needed to go get seen, and the rash just kept spreading... finely one day we asked why he wasn't rolling up his sleeves in the warm weather... which us when he showed us his rash! All over! Up the back of his neck, his arms, his chest! Well all told him he had to go to the doc right then and there and get some steroids. That is the worst case I have ever seen.

No poison ivy or poison oak up here.. we have pushki. I think other folks call it cow parsnip. Nasty stuff... I have one boy that is super sensitive to it, 2 that are immune, and 2 that are regular.

My DW is like that! The worst time she had it was when she had poison oak on her ankle and got punctured by black berries. I thought she was going to need hospitalization

Thanks for that Alaskan now I can't unsee the image of some corpse being heaved out of the ground.

However, that sounds like a really scary start to a movie. The movie goers love really scary, gory, icky stuff. Personally NOT me.

yeah... I think it can spread into your lungs and throat and other dangerous place? It can get scary if you are sensitive to it.

I don't like scary movies either.... unless they are so badly made that they are funny scary... like the blob, or the giant python one.

Yes! this was like injecting it into the blood stream. She had some major prednisone to get over it

Guy next door (before I knew him) got poison ivy that affected his face & eyes. I remember his mom mentioning that when we first met. Maybe he tried to smoke it?

I got a really bad case of PI rolling around in the bushes with hubby. I got it everywhere! Even my eyes swelled shut. A whole bunch of doctors came in to look at me. I got a steroid pack. What a relief!

Watch the doctor give you the same thing Ron is talking about. Do hope you will be feeling much better soon.
