then yes that is what we find in our house in the fall. Note the white face. A North American native lady bug won't be as white and the shell should be red. I think some of the Asian lady beetles are also red, not ours though.

This is a Japanese Beetle, I don't think I've ever seen one in the house.

This is the JB grub, if you garden you have likely seen them when you dig in the spring. Chickens love them. If you don't have chickens, kill the grubs.

Is that what they turn into? I find a lot of those when i dig new soil for garden beds. I always feed them to the birds.
 
Hmmmm. my dad used to do a lot of reloading (in basement) then go to the shooting range . Wonder if lead residue affected any of us.

We were exposed to a lot of lead. It was in gasoline back then too
 
I was a grease monkey back in the day for Shell pumped allot of gas in the those days too ...
There are a lot of bad things in Gasoline.

The lead was bad from breathing the exhaust
