And this week's question is on tb vaccines -
1. What does BCG stand for?
2. Why doesn't the US routinely vaccinate for TB?
3. The BCG brand currently available in the US is brand name TICE... where did it get its name from and what do we use it for

Are fiddleheads expensive? I gave her a dozen eggs. I figured that was even for weeds.

Guessing not.

Only expensive if you buy them at a market. Kind of like your eggs are worth at least 5 bucks a dozen since they are from well loved cage free eggs.

If you have fiddle heads, you usually have lots. They are easy to find and pick. I wouldn't worry about it.

They MUST be cooked or they can make you ill. I have seen them sauted in Butter with fresh garlic. I would love to taste them some time. I imagine them to taste somewhat like asparagus.

from what I understand, the toxicity of them raw varies according to kind.



some you need to be more careful with the cooking than others.
