I took benadryl the other night I had a reaction to a new tea I bought. It was raspberry. I broke out in hives. But I didn't sleep any better.

Diva hang your head off the edge of the bed for a few minutes. Or take some naseua meds and it helps.

Also was told to take Bonide for my Vertigo - wasted money on that too. Still have it since Labor Day but, much less often and not as severe.
