Diets suck and it tends to come back to haunt you...the weight that is.It's more than just the exercise and work, Cap. I put myself on a very strict diet. Lots of scrambled egg whites, fresh fruit, veggies and broiled/baked chicken breasts and pork sirloin chops. I'm shooting for 1200 calories per day. Basically low carb low fat.
I hate it! My treats are Blue Bunny no sugar added fudge sickles and a bowl of coco puffs.
Did I say I HATE IT?
