You could always get unsalted bacon... only problem there is, without salt, it's not bacon, it just stays "pork" and tastes like ham... I love, love, love me some salty bacon! Not quite sure I'm ready for bacon ice cream, though I've heard it's quite good... Haven't had the opp to try any. Should the opp present itself, I probably will

I remember I used to like Canadian bacon, don't think it was salty - can't remember, long, long time ago

I hate Canadian bacon love the regular kind.

Someone gave me bacon chocolate once, I thought it was horrid... but then spouse made some from scratch, and THAT was good!

How does one make chocolate bacon from scratch? Does the chocolate keep it from being so Salty?
