Alaska I feel for you, I have 3 boats, 2 snowmobile trailers and 2 utility trailers parked in various spots around my yard. Only my touchy temperament when the driveway is blocked keeps them out of the way.

The previous Amish owner poured a concrete slab out near our drive way to park his horses on along with a hitching post. The hitching post was nearly falling down so I took it down, replaced it with a trellis and a horse head hitching post like this:

Of course that means that any Amish that come here with their horses wind up tying them to the barn post .....mainly because DH has our garden disc and a yard roller parked on the concrete pad. I keep suspecting that sooner or later somebody is going to knock on the door and ask us how much we want for them as they are clearly visible from the road.

I think you need to use the boat as a grow out pen. By accident.

Learn to back the dang boat.

I can back it... but if I back it up to where I want it... then not only am I letting them park their boat here for free.... but I would have to take it out and put it up every time they wanted it.

nope.... not happening

Gramps brought it back yesterday and there were all sorts of wrong noises as he backed it into the easiest spot. ... no way could he put it in a trickier spot
