The Old Folks Home

I thought of that but she makes stuff to give to deserving people.
Quilting for money changes it for me .No longer enjoyable .I won't get the machine. Too much money.
DW, DD1 and I are in Augusta, ME on the way to see Mount Allison University in Sackville, NB and Saint Mary's in Halifax NS. Had dinner at a Japanese place called Kume Sushi Hibachi. If you happen to be in or near Augusta we give it 3 thumbs up.

My step sister (from @perchie.girl's neck of the woods) and her husband visited us in VT Thursday night and left for Montreal this morning. At dinner tonight DW was asking how old my step sister was. She is a year older than me but somehow things got confusing. And we came up with a riddle:
DW and I are currently both 56 and also 62. How is that possible?
Never been there but will check it out.
You coming back through this area? I would love to take y'all to dinner .

Good saké?? :p

leap year?
Nope. @bobbi-j finished off @CapricornFarm's "half right" answer.
I was born in March '56 and am 62. DW was born in January '62 and is 56.

That is SO nice of you to offer! Yes but no time :(, will be visiting a forum friend just south of Bangor for a couple of hours on the way back Thursday IF DD doesn't want to see too much more stuff at Mount Allison in the morning. I don't know how close you live to 'here' or our path. But if the "kidult" decides to go to one of those colleges I'll check back with you. I love meeting nice people I "know" from BYC.

Didn't have sake, but the food was great. Iced Thai tea was good too. DW had some alcoholic mango drink. Come dessert time they had several mochis on the list, DW was wavering since she had a creemee AS lunch earlier but they didn't list mango which is DW's fave. Waitress asked if she'd ever had mochi and she said yes but her fav is mango. We have that says the waitress. SOLD!

Saludos amigos, buenos dias!! :frow:hugs
