A lot of the yard looks like this

That is very scary! I hope all are safe there

He loves to be outside so we put him out and he will scoot himself around using his front legs but his back quarters from behind his front legs down are pretty much dead to the world.
Could you get him one of those wheeled carts?

Of course, Dh will get up tomorrow afternoon to get ready for work, and insist I never do any housework. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!
So don't do it for a couple of days. He will notice eventually.

If they came to live here, i would be taking them out every day to look at nature.
Who are you kidding, you would have them building cages, coops and a bunch of other things!

Glad you are OK @Bunnylady, looks like the same can't be said for the trampoline. House unscathed I hope?

We are safe.

This one clipped the corner of the house.

Most of the trees that went down went roots and all - the ground couldn't hold 'em. The only ones I know of that snapped off had been lightning struck during the last year or so. Maples around the rabbitry were shredded.

But somehow, seeing a medivac chopper going like a bat out of h-e-double-toothpicks can sure remind you that this is just stuff.

That's our inside/outside cat. That was his first trip out in several days

"Um, you sure those Canada Geese were migrating? They haven't even started way up here and when they do, they go south to latitudes around where you are. I wouldn't expect any to head out for at least another month or probably two."

I didn't say which way they were migrating. They might just be arriving here. We get them, Sandhill Cranes and Snow Geese.
