Not a great pic, sorry - I snapped it at a shopping center while waiting to exit, so was in a bit of a hurry to 'put up the phone and DRIVE!'
Flowering trees are blooming all over the place; I've even seen a few flowering shrubs putting on a show. Even trees not known for their flowers are putting on fresh, delicate shades of Spring green (like the ones in the background on the right side of this pic).
The reason we get two Springs this year is, of course, Florence. Even the plants that didn't break or get uprooted took a fearful pounding; many were basically defoliated.

It's too early in the year for them to be bare; response to the stress causes dormant buds to break, and some of those buds are flowers.
This is pretty late in the year for them to 'reset;' we will probably have frost within a month to six weeks. While they most likely will bloom again next Spring, the show may be a bit thin. Might be interesting to see how this get recorded in tree rings.
