Rain here has made everything mud got food for birds like 3 days ago got it moved to coops have cheap memory foam basic tennis shoe pretty solid nope got to change pants
kid did more damage about 3 weeks ago he forgot to set the break darn thing went bam into the outside table, shattered it but bent his bumper more than we realized
 
A-fib. I don't have that to my knowledge but I do have proxysmal atrial tachicardia that I take meds for along with an arrythmia. From the attacks I had early on before I got on meds I felt a sense of anxiousness and a fluttering sensation in my chest. With the tach I felt anxious and then tired like I had ran a long race.

It's a pretty creepy feeling.

I have leftovers. Trying to get my head wrapped around this diet for gout to see if it does make a difference in the way I feel. Can't depend on Toradol forever. But do Y'all realize how much high fructose corn syrup is in everything! I mean:eek:. Everything I love to eat has it in it. And to make matters worse it says that turkey is very high in purines which is what a person is supposed to avoid if they have gout. Good gawd y'all, I have one and a half turkey's in the freezer and I'm the only one that eats turkey.:he

The diet calls for chicken or salmon preferably chicken dark meat no more than 4 times a week. No high fructose corn syrup no fruits with a high sugar content. It calls for eggs also.

I'm saving my serving of turkey for tonight and ate pumpkin pie for lunch. Okay, it didn't say I couldn't eat it, just couldn't eat the whipped cream!

And I'm not supposed to loose any more weight eating this way.....yeah, right. Now THAT was sarcasm:wee

Yeah, if something doesn't have a lot of sugar, it has high fructose corn syrup. If it doesn't have those things, it is loaded with fat. If not either of those, then its a rice cake!:gig

I have two bags of those nasty things. Caramel and cheese flavored. I smear low fat cream cheese or peanut butter on them and can almost tolerate them.

I just ate a bowl of low fat ice cream with chocolate syrup. Both had the forbidden High Fructose Corn Syrup in them. It was delicious. I am keeping my pain medicine near....just in case.:lau
 
My primary med came in the mail today. For some reason they will not send out more than a 30 day supply each fill. Have been taking this med for years and still they won't do it though I've asked multiple times. Took my BP several hours after taking a pill. No discernible change :hmm Last Dr. appt I had they mentioned perhaps going lower on one other med and upping this one I just got to double the dose. Gonna track BP for a while and may have to go that route if it doesn't come back down to "normal" for me.

Sitting here with a T-day leftover plate full of goodness. :drool Had some light rain earlier today then it pretty well cleared off by late afternoon. Have the heat turned off right now and it's 69 inside. Temp tomorrow is supposed to be mid 70s. :wee Gonna crack the window above my head tonight when I sleep. :yesss:
