Ron, he used the good egg foam, and the box for it. They were packed good. It's our postal service here, for sure.

One thing that can help is to double box the package.

What was foam? There is one that is not good and one that is.

The foam shippers looked like this, but with more holes, sized for chicken eggs. The plugs were put in, and then a foam sheet on both the top, and bottom. Like I said, the packaging was great. Our postal service here is horrible about damaging things.

That is one of the better ways but the testing I read about did not rate it as the best.

It is much better than saw dust!

Egg boxes need to be able to be dropped 6 to 10 feet and need to be able to handle 100 plus pounds of crush force.

The packing method I use handles that

Not had good luck with that kind.

However, Miss Piggy came to me in an egg that way. For that, I'm grateful.

It was 55F here today, and raining and windy. The icy death driveway was awful this morning - it was freezing rain until about 1000 - but it's thawed and a mudhole now.

We are about to buy a plow for the 4 wheeler!

Turns out the wiring harness on the plow truck is failing.... ordered a new set (hack, and ah wheeze)

But dude!

With a 4 wheeler plow the kids could plow in a pinch (with about 8 hours of work. -hack- ) but they COULD easily clean up the parking lots and corners on the drive.

So excited!
