He did ask twice today to keep staying with us. He didn't really grasp the concept of us having to go to work.

Not something he has seen I guess. Grammy and Grampy probably retired much of his life and if not Grampy maybe Grammy was home all the time.

All would be very hard for you SCG as you and your BF work full time and like me had no children of your own he would have to learn to be alone allot without your supervision to keep him going as you have him right now

I think IMHO he sounds like a young man who would do very well in a structured home something like 'Bethany', which they had in the town where dh had his practice.

SGC, you don't mention the sister. How is she doing? I have the feeling that she isn't the 'handful' that her brother is.....yet. Am I guessing right?

He did a great job on that quilt. It just tells me that with constant supervision he can accomplish everyday tasks very well. Life will definitely be an uphill climb for that boy but if he has somebody pushing him along he can reach the top and succeed.

The sister is the one that's been hospitalized for the last 4 days down south, which is where Grammy is (with her).

The mother is the one in the homeless shelter.

And...

Freeeeeeeeeedom.

I took 2 excedrin maximum strength 2 hours ago. It hasn't even touched the headache I have.

OH! Boy was *I* on the wrong track there!!! Hate for anyone to have to live like that but BF's niece, no way.

Time for a nice relaxing hot bath to ease your tension.

So does anybody have any party plans for tonight.

None here. DH and I are both still sneezing, snotting and coughing so we will be home. Usually we have pizza, shoot off some fireworks at midnight and go to bed.The last party we went to at quarter after 12 we both looked at the time and said 'time to go bedtime!'

Yeah, we are real party animals.
