I got overwhelmed and just stayd on the pond doing the back stroke. Hope everyone is doing well.

doing well. Digestive issues are FINALLY settling down. Working the program for the next step in GS surgery. just had my Psych interview.

Beginning to look forward to moving home. I have decided I cant have a horse again unless I learn how to do Farrier work. Not sure I want to do that. But am considering getting a Llama. Walking companion that can steady me if I get wobbly.

Prioritizing what has to be attended to on the house is daunting but first thing will be getting the Electrical squared away...

And starting the coop. Still hanging on to that dream....

Perchie, I think Alpacas have a milder temperament. Maybe they don't spit.

Perchie, I think Alpacas have a milder temperament. Maybe they don't spit.

They all spit... I imagine its all about reading body language and getting them familiar with me and the routine. Alpacas wouldnt be able to stand up to dogs and Coyotes. And from what I been reading its best to have at least a pair.

I can handle the hoof trimming very similar to goats and have the clippers for cutting their coat. Though I really neeed to talk to some one that handles them on a regular basis. I would need a llama that already knows how to lead and is reasonable about their feet.
