I could not use Fluticasone gave me horrible nosebleeds do use breathe right not a med but I use them to breath better and from my nose no snoring now

Latestarter, try Mucinex. Next time you go to your doctor, mention the nasal congestion. They have quite an arsenal to get your nasal passages working again. I had horrible allergies for years. It runs in my family. Flonase burned, but Beconase worked great for me. The inhalers take at least a week to start working. Along with the Beconase, I took an allergy pill, with a serious decongestant. There were still times I had to go in for a histaject shot. There were times that I had to take prescription strength Mucinex on top of all the other stuff too. When I say I had serious allergies, I am not exaggerating.

Well, let me look. Yep exciting day as usual.
Fed the cats.
Fed DW and me.
Fed the chickens and alpacas.
Collected 1 egg.
Shoveled the path down to the barn, made one to the buried propane tank, it was almost 2' deep there.
Made a path from the barn to the solar panels, close to 2' deep there as well. The boys followed me the whole way, keeping a safe 6'+ distance of course.
Adjusted the panels to be more vertical, and appropriate angle for this time of year. Cleaned some snow off the panels.
Collected 1 egg.
Catching up on forums.

I cleaned the aquarium the other day, figured I better take a picture or two. And no, fortunately for me there are no "before" pictures. I removed a bunch of plants, it was so overgrown that if a fish died I would never know it. The Rainbow shark isn't real happy with the lack of cover
