After days of negative temps, we're high 40s now.
Dropped a gas tank and changed fuel pump. Third vehicle I've changed fuel pump in a yr. Never have had one go bad in 20+yrs of working on cars.
Coincidence, or crap gas today, IDK?

Didn't know fisher's would be interested in a bird feeder.

One I caught on a trail cam set on a deer gut pile six yrs ago? Didn't even know we had them, been hearing about a lot of sightings lately.

After suet ?

Yes but do you wake up to critters at your bird feeder?

Last year there was a raccoon that would feed at one of the feeders, and an opossum would feed on the ground beneath. Coon is gone this year, and opossum is eating the cat's food.

Never saw one of those (Fisher cat) and hope I never do. Haven't put out bird feeder in many years. Attracted too many "bad guys."

The house I lived in before I married Dh, had a large wooded area behind it. There were a few feral cats, and I fed them on my porch every evening. Each year, mama opossum would bring her 2 babies up to eat with the cats, and wean her young that way.

Skunks we have. Opossum we have. Armadillos we have. Raccoons we have. I don't ever remember seeing anything from the weasel family in our area.

Without feeding them have opossums galore, skunks, raccoons.

armadilloes - don't they call them road pizza? They go straight up when frightened and get flattened by cars? See I know a couple things. Only maybe just that one.

Well, let me look. Yep exciting day as usual.
Fed the cats.
Fed DW and me.
Fed the chickens and alpacas.
Collected 1 egg.
Shoveled the path down to the barn, made one to the buried propane tank, it was almost 2' deep there.
Made a path from the barn to the solar panels, close to 2' deep there as well. The boys followed me the whole way, keeping a safe 6'+ distance of course.
Adjusted the panels to be more vertical, and appropriate angle for this time of year. Cleaned some snow off the panels.
Collected 1 egg.
Catching up on forums.

Yep real exciting!

Don't strain yourself carrying all those eggs in Bruce! Glad i don't have snow to shovel.
