I use poached eggs quite often, best way to get a nice runny yolk if you like it that way.
Lol, oldest DD and her BF stopped by today with some fathers day presents.
I was putting together some pickled eggs, mentioned to her BF it used to irritate the crap out of me when she was little, had to have what she called 'dippy eggs' perfect unbroken runny yolk or no good. A lot of times I just poached a couple just so I knew they would pass her inspection. Just used them for dipping her toast or bacon if we had it in the yolk, that's it. And... picked the bacon apart cause she didn't like the fat...

Ron, you are lucky if only one attack. You could probably just watch your diet but beware of the illusive and brutal kidney stone!

I'm fine, KDOGG. Today is a good day! Hopefully tomorrow will be even better! I got lazy and took a nap this afternoon. Meant to do a short cat nap wound up sleeping for over 2 hours. Plus I slept over 8 hours last night. DH just laughed and told me it was an old age thing. I can't repeat what my reply was to that

I love poached eggs on plain toast.... so none of the yummy part escapes..... I like them runny to just a teeny bit firm... But NO Runny Whites....

Oh and if there is hollindase around OMG.... Best Eggs Benedict I ever had was made with a crabcake instead of Canadian bacon.... And Asparagus...

hello all again yes alive sore long day like many have been have one more big on the roof coming at 11:30 tomorrow local company good reviews but who posts bad ones on their site

penny, We took time shopping for a good roofing company. A neighbor up the road had their roof done, and it appeared to be a really nice job. Dh didn't know them well, but stopped by, explained we were looking for a roofer, and asked who did theirs, and were they satisfied. They gave a glowing report on the company they used. He asked around at work too. As we would drive around town, he'd note who was having roofing done, and later approach the homeowners.

In all our asking around, we learned the names of a couple companies that were to be avoided. Over time, we also got a list of about 6 referrals, however, of those 6 names, 2 of them kept cropping up more than the rest, and people were consistently satisfied with their work. We called for estimates, and selected one of the two companies. Doing the research paid off.

I like poached eggs on chorizo potatoes. Bacon or sausage on the side.

Never cared for poached eggs fried or scrambled only and whites must be cooked here also ...
Morning all have a new bank also kinda scary not great at that type of change all this new security does nothing more than irritate me as I have to jump through hoops then Clue we kind of think we will go with one that has the best reputation but want all to chime in

We've discovered that with home repair type companies, it's best to go with the ones that people are most satisfied with. That way there are not as many delays, wrong materials, you have more recourse afterward, etc.
