I use poached eggs quite often, best way to get a nice runny yolk if you like it that way.Oooh yummy... swap out over easy for poached and I am in.... a lttle salt and pepper...to taste

Lol, oldest DD and her BF stopped by today with some fathers day presents.
I was putting together some pickled eggs, mentioned to her BF it used to irritate the crap out of me when she was little, had to have what she called 'dippy eggs' perfect unbroken runny yolk or no good. A lot of times I just poached a couple just so I knew they would pass her inspection. Just used them for dipping her toast or bacon if we had it in the yolk, that's it. And... picked the bacon apart cause she didn't like the fat...
