Ron, if and when they interview you just start screaming about the blankity blank criminal needs to fry and ask if you can throw the switch! Should get you dismissed.
Glad your lakenvelders came through the ordeal unscathed, Penny. The other evening, Roxi made nose contact with my hot wire resulting in the mandatory screaming at the top of her lungs, running away about 20 feet, turning around and barking her head off at the fence. Tonight they made sure to keep about three feet away from the run. Them chickens pack a punch!
Tonight I have two little bantam hens sharing a nest, each sitting on one fake egg. Should be interesting. At least they are tag teaming the nest.
Two eggs in lock down. think they are both viable although I'm wondering if they will hatch on Thursday or wait till the weekend. I am still seeing a bit of albumin and would like to see the air cells larger but as humid as it has been....I've been keeping the humidity in the
Brinsea at 40 percent since I brought them in. So finger crossing time. In the mean time their prospective Mamma, Sweetie, is clamped down hard on her fake eggs. I'm sure she is thinking that this is the longest lock down in history.......
DD I don't put anything past the PO anymore, not since they lost the insurance payment for our business several years ago. Didn't know it was lost till the company sent us a letter about canceling the insurance. When I went to the PO they laughed it off saying 'oh well, it's probably stuck in the bottom of some mail bag somewhere'.

Your's is going out tomorrow.
