Celiac, no good!!

She took a DNA test that found two variants for Celiac. I have one and she must have gotten the other for my DW. She has the symptoms and sadly has to keep eating gluten until the endoscopy test next week. It seems cruel but I suppose it has to be done this way for the test to be valid.

She did have a 6 vial blood test yesterday

Kind of like the migraine food diet. You stay off everything that gives anyone a migraine. Then hit them hard one at a time and see if it hurts. Not much fun. Has she been eating gluten free for some time? Pretty sad if she can't eat your bread.

She was gluten free for less than a month before they told her to eat is again for the tests. She was doing much better on the no gluten diet

Sounds like we know what the result of the tests will be.
Kinnikinnik makes a really good pancake/waffle/crepe mix that is not only gluten free but also nightshade free. Potato starch it the usual replacement for wheat to make things gluten free but DD1 doesn't tolerate nightshades either.

Wow spend an afternoon at the Dr. all goes to we had snow from Dr. to Morton then coming out of Morton up peters hill snow dropped to the tree farm no snow Sliver creek about 10 miles the other way going for grocery tomorrow there will be snow gotta love the micro climates at their best
